The Products screen
The catalogue synced from your connected stores — columns, states, and why it cannot be edited here.

This screen gathers products from all your connected stores into one list. With several stores connected they share the same table, and the Store column says which one a row came from.
Columns
- Product
- The product name and its image if there is one.
- Store
- Which connected store it came from.
- Platform
- That store’s platform — Shopify, Trendyol, ikas…
- Status
- Active, draft or archived.
- Variants
- How many variants it has (size, colour and so on).
- Price
- The price in the store. If it differs across variants, a range is shown.
- Inventory
- Total stock. The per-location breakdown is on the product card.
The search box matches the product name, the SKU and the vendor — whichever of the three you remember.
States
- Active
- On sale in the storefront.
- Draft
- Not published yet. Products closed for sale on marketplaces land here too.
- Archived
- Removed from the catalogue but not deleted.
A change you make on the store side does not appear instantly; freshness comes from the scheduled sync. If you do not want to wait, start a sync by hand from the Store connections tab of the Connections screen.
