Status, budget and archiving

Pausing a campaign, changing a budget, the ceiling warning, and archiving that cannot be undone.

Pausing and resuming

Pause takes the campaign off air and really stops it on the platform. Resume puts it back live — the panel asks for a separate confirmation for that, because resuming means starting to spend money on the platform straight away.

Changing the budget

The budget dialog shows the current amount and offers two kinds: daily or lifetime. When you enter a new amount the panel works out the percentage change and compares it with the workspace ceiling.

Some campaigns have no budget of their own; the budget is defined one level up. The dialog says so, and the change is made at that level.

Archiving

Archiving removes the campaign from the list and moves it to archived state on the platform. Archived campaigns are hidden from the list by default and become read only.

Changing status and budget requires the “write campaigns” capability; Member and above can do it, Viewer cannot. Every change is written to the audit log with who and when.
