Orders from your connected stores collect in this list. Its link to the advertising side is this: the data showing where revenue comes from flows through here, so it is the source behind ROAS and conversion value.
Columns
- Order
- The order number in the store.
- Date
- When the order was placed.
- Store / Platform
- Which connected store and which platform it came from.
- Payment
- Payment state — see the list below.
- Fulfilment
- Shipping state.
- Lines
- How many line items the order has.
- Total
- The order total, in the store’s currency.
- Refunded
- The refunded amount, if any.
Payment states
- Pending
- Payment has not been taken yet.
- Authorized
- The amount is held but not captured.
- Paid
- Captured.
- Partially paid
- Part of the amount was taken.
- Partially refunded / Refunded
- Part or all of the amount was returned.
- Voided
- The payment was cancelled.
- Unknown
- The platform reported no state.
Fulfilment states
- Unfulfilled
- Not shipped yet.
- Partial
- Part of the order is on its way.
- Fulfilled
- Shipping is complete.
- Restocked
- The goods went back into stock.
- Unknown
- The platform reported no state.
