Notification channels: Slack, WhatsApp, webhook
How automation alerts and notifications leave the panel — three channels, three setups.

Notification channels live in the Notification connections tab of the Connections screen. Automation alerts and finished exports are also delivered to whatever you connect here, instead of waiting in the panel’s bell.
- Slack
- You create an incoming webhook URL in Slack and paste it here. Which channel it posts to is chosen on the Slack side; the panel only keeps the address.
- You save a name and a phone number. The sending number is a business number held on our side; all we need from you is who to write to.
- Webhook
- Your own server’s address. A signing secret is generated when you connect and shown ONLY ONCE — you use it to verify that an incoming request really came from us.
- Step 1/3
Connect the channel
Press Connect on the card and fill in what it asks for. If the address or number is not well formed it is not saved, and the reason appears under the field.
- Step 2/3
Send a test message
Every channel card has a “Test message” button. It is the only way to confirm the setup really works; a channel that looks connected may be sending nothing because of a wrong address.
- Step 3/3
Read the card
The card states when the last delivery happened, or why the last attempt failed. Anyone seeing “Connected, no message sent yet” should send a test.
Connecting and removing channels requires admin permission. Removing a channel stops deliveries to it; your notification preferences themselves live separately on the Notifications screen.
Choosing which event goes to which channel happens on its own screen.Notification preferences
