AI Autopilot

Your accounts stay watchedwhile you sleep.

The AI operator reviews your ad accounts on a schedule, follows a new campaign through its first hours and catches disapproved ads. The mode you choose decides what happens next: it suggests, or it applies changes itself within your limits.

The default mode is Suggest: nothing is applied without approval until you switch Autopilot on.

One night

Same night, two different mornings.

Below is one night in a sample account. Switch the mode: the events stay the same, what the operator does with each one changes.

It prepares every change and puts it in your approval queue. Nothing is applied until you approve.

    Morning summary

The night's events are waiting in the dashboard and your inbox.

Read only3 suggestions await your approval; nothing in your account changed.

A sample account's night; the numbers are for illustration. There is also Full autonomy: only the workspace owner can turn it on, and the AI then decides approval cards too. Even there, money, access, data-sharing and personal-data actions that rely on content read from the web or a connected tool come back to you.

Limits

You decide how much it does on its own.

Autopilot isn't an on-off switch, it's a list of limits. The defaults are cautious; you tune each one to your workspace.

  • Only the owner opens sensitive settings

Six sensitive action types — moving money, access, legal consent and more — plus the no-approval creative allowance are in the workspace owner's hands only.

  • The AI can't touch its own limits

Autopilot settings, API keys, payments and ownership transfer are never open to the AI in any mode; only a person changes them.

  • Personal data always asks

Any action that sends personal data, such as a customer list, becomes an approval card unless Full autonomy is on.

  • More careful after reading the web

If the conversation read content from the web or a connected tool, money, access and data-sharing actions go back to approval — even in Full autonomy.

Tasks

Hand it a job, then forget about it.

You give the operator tasks in chat; it works out when and what to check. Send a request on the left and watch the task get set up.

Chat

In the real dashboard you write it in your own words. Creating a task needs no approval; if the task calls for a change, it follows your mode.

  • Up to 100 active tasks

Tasks are listed on the Operator screen; pause or delete them any time.

  • Anyone on the team can set one

Members of your team can create tasks from chat; who created each task stays on record.

  • Runs even with patrols off

Turn the background patrol off and the tasks you created still run on time.

When it works

It doesn't wait for the clock, it wakes on events.

The operator patrols on a schedule; you pick the interval and your plan sets how often it can be. On the events below it gets to work without waiting for the next patrol.

Patrol · 6 a dayEvent — doesn't wait for a patrol

  • A campaign went live

Checks delivery after 2 hours and takes a first optimization look after 24 hours.

  • An ad was disapproved

Reads the reason and prepares a suggested fix.

  • Performance swing

Wakes up when the daily scan finds an unexpected swing in cost or spend.

  • An action failed

Reads the platform's reason and tells you what can be done.

  • New form submission

Wakes up when a lead form is submitted and takes a look.

  • A comment on your ad

Reads it and suggests a reply or hiding it. Live today for TikTok and LinkedIn ads.

Log and control

Whatever happened overnight is in front of you by morning.

Autopilot doesn't work out of sight. Everything it does leaves a trace, and everything it holds back waits in one place.

  • Audit log

Every action is logged with who, when and why. Filter it under Settings → Security and download it as CSV.

  • Approval queue

Every suggestion awaiting approval sits on one screen; the live count in the sidebar tells you how many.

  • Notifications

Applied changes and pending approvals show up in the dashboard and your inbox.

  • Emergency brake

Admins turn Full autonomy off in one step. Payments, API keys and ownership are never open to the AI in any mode.

First step

See it run on your own account.

The agents read your account, propose, and wait. Nothing goes live until you approve it — so there is nothing to undo.

Every feature on every plan. No commitment, cancel any time.
