About us

Software that spends your budget owes you an explanation.

We built Mentorivo for one sentence: while automation runs inside your ad account, you should be able to read what it did, why it did it and whose permission it had. This page is about where that sentence came from and how it is held today.

Why we built it

More of the day went to the dashboards than to the ads.

Mentorivo came out of a repeating day, not an idea. Four scenes, in order.

  1. Mornings started with three dashboards

Meta reported one cost, Google reported a second under a different definition, TikTok a third. Comparing one campaign meant rebuilding the table by hand every time. The first hour of the day went to collecting data, and the decision came when you were most tired.

  2. Automation existed; it just never explained itself

The platforms' own automated systems did their job. What was missing wasn't what they did but that they never said why. Budget shifted overnight and you only noticed it the next morning from a break in the chart — and if you wanted to undo it, nowhere said which decision to undo.

  3. So we wrote the log first

In Mentorivo every step stands as a single line: the rule that fired, the value measured at that moment, the time, and whether it was applied on approval or on autopilot. The first piece of the product we wrote was that log, not the charts.

  4. Everything else was built on top of it

Analytics, automation rules, the chat agent and creative generation all came later. All four write to the same log and obey the same limits — you cannot add a module here without making what it does readable.

The measure hasn't changed: if a feature leaves no trace a user can later point at and ask “what happened?”, it doesn't ship.

Who it's for

Teams for whom advertising is part of the job.

Mentorivo isn't a tool for everyone. It was designed to shorten the day for three kinds of team; what they share is that someone carries responsibility for the spend.

  • Brands running their own ads

A marketing team of one or two, three platforms. Time is the scarce resource: switching dashboards, merging the table by hand and working out in the morning what happened overnight eats half the day.

  • Agencies running many accounts

Each client sits in its own workspace; accounts, rules and limits never bleed into each other. The answer to “what did you do this week” is an exportable record, not a screenshot.

  • In-house teams with an approval chain

When changing budget isn't one person's call, approval mode is exactly what it's for: the change arrives with its reasoning, nothing touches the account until you approve, and who approved it goes into the log.

How we work

Four things that are not up for debate.

Every product decision goes past these four. When a feature contradicts one of them, the feature changes — not the rule.

  • It asks first, by default

A new agent capability always ships in approval mode. Autopilot is a deliberate decision, not a checkbox: it stays off until you turn it on, and it goes off the moment you say so.

  • Every action leaves a trace

Which rule, at which metric value, at what time. You filter the log, export it, and undo the action if you need to. “We don't know how that happened” is not an answer here.

  • You set the limits, not us

The budget change cap and the daily action limit are workspace settings. The agent cannot raise its own ceiling; a proposal that hits the limit isn't applied, it comes to you.

  • Access can be revoked at any time

We connect through the platform's own OAuth screen and store tokens encrypted. You cut the connection in one move, and the moment you do the agent loses access to your account.

Our limits

What we don't do is also a choice.

A product is described by more than its features. The four below are not gaps — they are deliberately left out.

  • We don't

    Run your advertising for you

    Instead

Mentorivo is not an agency. The account is yours, the strategy is yours; the software works only inside the limits you draw and by the rules you write.

  • We don't

    Sell black-box optimisation

    Instead

“The AI handles it” is not an answer. The rule that fired and the value measured at that moment are written in the log; you can find a decision you dislike and undo it.

  • We don't

    Lock you in

    Instead

Your campaigns live in your own ad account, not inside Mentorivo. Cut the connection and your account stays as it is; the changes made carry on inside the platform itself.

  • We don't

    Promise you numbers

    Instead

Your product, your offer and your market decide the outcome; no dashboard can guarantee that. Our job is to make the decision faster, its reasoning visible and the result reversible.

Where we're going

The direction is set; the calendar isn't a promise.

Putting dates on a roadmap is easy; keeping them isn't. Here are the three directions we're going deeper in instead.

  • Scope

Meta and Google connect today; our TikTok Ads API application is pending approval. Once it lands it will be managed in the same panel under the same rules — not as a separate product.

  • Depth

Today you write the rule. Where we're heading is that you state the goal and the agent proposes the rule — but a proposal stays a proposal; the approval step is not going away.

  • Accountability

As the agent gets more capable, the log has to keep pace. Every new capability arrives together with its own line in the audit log; the two don't ship separately.

First step

See it run on your own account.

The agents read your account, propose, and wait. Nothing goes live until you approve it — so there is nothing to undo.

7 days, every feature open. No credit card, no commitment.
