Cookie Policy

Which cookies we use, what they do, how long they last — and why you do not see a cookie consent banner.

This policy explains which cookies we use on mentorivo.com and in the application dashboard, what they do and how long they are kept.

A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a website. Your browser sends it back on subsequent requests, which lets the site recognise you as the same visitor.

Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent (kept for a set period), and they can belong to the site you are visiting (first party) or to another organisation (third party).

2. The cookies we use

The list below is complete. All of them are first-party cookies — written by mentorivo.com and sent to no other company.

The session cookies (mentorivo_at, mentorivo_rt) are written HttpOnly: no JavaScript on the page can read them. All are marked Secure, so they travel only over an encrypted connection.

The absolute lifetime of a session is 30 days. Even with regular use of your refresh token, the session ends after that period and you must sign in again.

3. What we keep in browser storage

A few items are not cookies but live in your browser in a similar way. They are never SENT to the server; they are the interface's own memory.

Clearing your browser's site data removes these too; the service keeps working, only these small conveniences reset.

4. What we do not use

Most cookie policies do not have a section like this, but the absence of something is information too.

  • We use no third-party analytics tool, Google Analytics included.
  • There is no Meta pixel, TikTok pixel or similar advertising tracking code on the site.
  • We write no third-party cookie that follows you across sites.
  • Fonts are served from our own servers; opening the page sends no request to Google.
  • We do not build advertising targeting profiles.

The only functional cookie we use is the language preference. Every other cookie is required by the session itself.

The legislation accepts that cookies strictly necessary to deliver a service do not require prior consent; informing you is enough. All of our cookies fall in that category — and the language cookie is written only when you change the language yourself.

If we ever start using analytics or marketing cookies, we will enable them only with your explicit consent, through a consent surface that offers a genuine choice. This policy will be updated on that day.

6. How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings, usually under “Privacy and security”.

Signing out removes all session cookies, both from your browser and on the server.

7. Changes to this policy

This page is updated whenever our cookie inventory changes. The version number and effective date appear at the top of the page.
