Terms of Service

The agreement that sets out the rules for using Mentorivo, what belongs to you and what belongs to us, and what happens in case of a dispute.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Service form an agreement between Mekjoy Dijital Bilişim Anonim Şirketi (“Mentorivo”, “we”) and the natural or legal person using the service at mentorivo.com (“Customer”, “you”).

They cover the website, the application dashboard, the API and every feature attached to them. You accept these terms when you create an account, join a workspace by invitation, or otherwise use the service.

If you open an account on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. “Customer” then includes the organisation.

2. Definitions

3. Accounts and workspaces

Using the service requires an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

  • Keeping your password confidential and being accountable for activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • If you notice unauthorised use of your account you must notify us without delay.
  • You may invite others into a workspace. Actions taken by the people you invite are the workspace's responsibility, within the role you granted them.
  • The workspace owner holds final authority over that workspace's data and connections.

You may not use the service if you are under 18. The service is offered for commercial use, to businesses rather than consumers.

4. Subscriptions, plans and credits

The service is offered on a subscription basis. Plan scope, quotas and prices are published on the pricing page; the terms in force at the time of your subscription bind you.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel.
  • AI generation features consume credits. Consumption varies with the type and duration of the output and is shown in the interface before you commit.
  • Credits granted with a plan reset at the end of the period and do not carry over. Separately purchased credits follow whatever term was stated at purchase.
  • If a generation fails because of a provider error, the credits consumed are refunded. Credits are not refunded for output that completed technically but that you did not like.

If you upgrade, the difference is calculated over the remaining period and charged at the time of the upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

5. Payment, invoicing and refunds

Payments are collected through iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Your card details are not stored on Mentorivo servers; they are transmitted to and processed by the payment institution.

  • Invoices are issued according to the billing profile you provide. You are responsible for its accuracy.
  • If payment cannot be collected your subscription may be suspended. Your data is not deleted during suspension, but access is restricted.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, no refund is issued for a subscription period already used. Requests for unused periods, sent within 14 days, are assessed individually.
  • Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and apply only from the first renewal after that notice.

6. What the service is — and is not

Mentorivo is a software service. It is not an agency that takes over your ad accounts, an advisor giving investment guidance, or an intermediary promising advertising performance.

  • Your campaigns live in your own ad account, not inside Mentorivo. Disconnect and your account remains exactly as it is.
  • Mentorivo guarantees no performance, conversion, sales or reach outcome. Advertising results depend on platform algorithms, competition, budget and your own strategy.
  • Recommendations and forecasts in the interface are estimates derived from past data. They are not guarantees.
  • You are responsible for your advertising content complying with the law, with platform policies and with sector-specific regulation.

7. Ad platform connections

The core of the service is connecting, with your permission, to your own advertising and commerce accounts. The connection is established through OAuth and operates within the scope you granted.

  • You may sever a connection at any time from the dashboard. Stored access tokens are deleted when you do.
  • Each platform's own terms remain in force. What you do through Mentorivo is also subject to that platform's rules.
  • If a platform closes its API, changes its rules or restricts access to your account, the corresponding feature stops working in Mentorivo too. That is not a defect on our side.
  • Completing the verification, approval and eligibility processes a platform requires of you is your responsibility.

8. Automation and the approval gate

Mentorivo can make changes in your ad account according to rules you define: pausing a campaign, resuming it, raising a budget, or redistributing budget between campaigns.

  1. You decide which rule runs, under which condition, on which account.
  2. When a rule runs, what it did, what it measured and which threshold it crossed are written to the audit log.
  3. Proposals produced by the agent are not applied until you approve them. The approval gate is an architectural boundary of the product, not a preference.
  4. You can switch automation off entirely, or disable individual rules.

9. AI-generated content

Features that generate images, video and text run on third-party AI providers. Such output has inherent limits and you should use it knowing them.

  • Generated content may not be unique; similar inputs can produce similar outputs.
  • A model may produce elements resembling a brand, logo or person even when you did not ask for it. Checking before you publish is your responsibility.
  • The right to use what you generate is yours; so is the duty to ensure it does not infringe third-party intellectual property, personality or trademark rights.
  • Text and proposals produced by the agent are informational. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

10. Acceptable use

While using the service you agree not to:

  • Produce or publish advertising that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
  • Connect to an ad account you are not authorised to access.
  • Reverse engineer the service, attempt to obtain its source code, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Take any action that endangers the security, integrity or availability of the system, including generating abnormal load with automated tools.
  • Share or transfer your account, credentials or API access to third parties.
  • Open multiple accounts in order to circumvent credit or quota limits.

We may suspend your account — with warning, or immediately where security requires it — if these rules are broken.

11. Intellectual property

The service itself, its interface, source code, brand and documentation belong to Mentorivo. These terms grant you the right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Content you upload to or generate through the service (ad copy, images, video, product data) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you: to store it, process it and carry out the operations you request.

If we ever want to use your content for marketing we will ask for your explicit permission first. Declining has no effect whatsoever on your access to the service.

12. Your data

The data in your workspace is yours. You can export it, end your subscription, and request its deletion.

How personal data is processed, who it is shared with and how long it is kept is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice. Both documents are an integral part of these terms.

13. Availability and maintenance

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running without interruption, but we do not promise 100% availability.

  • Planned maintenance is carried out in low-usage hours where possible, and announced in advance.
  • Outages at third-party platforms fall outside our own infrastructure.
  • We may improve, change or withdraw features. Withdrawal of a feature that materially affects your use is announced at least 30 days in advance.

14. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the service remains usable until then.

We may suspend your account or terminate the agreement where:

  • Payment is not made despite notice.
  • The acceptable use rules are broken.
  • A situation arises that threatens the security of the service or of other customers.
  • A legal obligation or an order from a competent authority requires it.

After termination you are given a reasonable window to export your data. At the end of that window the data is deleted or anonymised in line with the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranty — express or implied — is given.

  • Mentorivo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational harm, or failure to realise an expected benefit.
  • In any event our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not permit limitation.

The consequences of your automation rules — including increases in your ad spend — follow from the configuration you defined.

16. Indemnity

If a claim is brought against Mentorivo because you used the service contrary to these terms, or because content you uploaded infringed third-party rights, you agree to cover the resulting loss and costs.

17. Force majeure

No liability arises where obligations cannot be performed because of events beyond our control: natural disaster, war, epidemic, cyber attack, general failures of electricity or internet infrastructure, decisions of competent authorities and similar circumstances.

18. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and inside the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect.

If you do not accept a change you may end your subscription before the effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

Each version's number and effective date appear at the top of this page; earlier versions are provided on request.

19. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights and obligations under this agreement without our written consent. Mentorivo may assign the agreement in case of merger, acquisition or transfer of business, with prior notice to you.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Anatolian courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

For customers qualifying as consumers, the forums prescribed by consumer legislation remain reserved.
