The approvals queue, autopilot and limits
Which work the AI does on its own, which it asks you about — and how to decide in the approvals queue.

What lands in the queue
The AI watches your account in the background all the time. When a change is within the limits the workspace owner allowed, autopilot applies it; when it is outside them, or it is a sensitive action (access, moving money, publishing and the like), it does not apply it — it leaves it here and sends you a notification.
- Autopilot off
- The AI proposes every change. Nothing is written to the platform until you approve.
- Autopilot on
- Work within the owner’s limits is applied without asking and shows up on the Operator screen. Anything beyond the limits still lands in this queue.
What you see in the queue
Each row states what it wants to do, on which target, and from which number to which number. Approve and it is written to the platform; reject and it stays on record, so “why was this not applied” has an answer. A suggestion nobody decides on within 3 days drops on its own.
Approving and rejecting needs admin rights; other roles can only read the queue.
Two hard limits
- Largest budget change in one step
- No automatic action can move a budget by more than this ratio. An action you approve passes this limit once more before it is applied.
- Daily action limit
- How many actions the AI may apply on its own in one day. Once it is reached, the rest wait for your approval.
Both live under Settings → Workspace, and only an admin can change them.
