Connecting a store or marketplace
Eleven platforms, two credential shapes — what each one asks for, one by one.

Connecting a store is not required; the advertising side works without one. But once connected, the panel starts seeing past the ad: which product sells, which campaign brought which order, which product is out of stock while its ad is still running.
Two credential shapes
- Consent screen (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy)
- There is no key to copy. You enter your store address and grant access on the platform’s own screen.
- Key entry (marketplaces and store platforms)
- You paste the keys from your seller panel. On save the values are checked with the platform first: correct and the connection is created, wrong and nothing is saved, with the reason on screen.
What each platform asks for
- Shopify
- Your permanent store address, the one ending in myshopify.com — not the custom domain your customers see. It must be done as the store owner or a staff account allowed to install apps.
- Trendyol
- Seller ID, API Key and API Secret, all three on the Integration Information tab under Account Information in the seller panel. That tab is visible only to the primary user.
- ikas
- Store name, Client ID and Client Secret. You generate the last two in your own ikas panel under My Apps → Private Apps. The Client Secret is shown only once.
- Hepsiburada, Ticimax, N11, T-Soft, İdeaSoft, WooCommerce
- Service keys generated from your seller or store panel. The card states which fields are required.
- Amazon, Etsy
- Go through a consent screen. These two need app-level keys; if the card says “waiting for configuration”, the job is an administrator’s rather than yours.
After connecting
The first sync starts straight away: products, variants, stock quantities, locations and past orders. On a large catalogue it can take a few minutes; the thin bar on the store row shows the progress.
After that, catalogue, orders and stock are watched live: while the panel is open the store refreshes once a minute and the screen updates itself when new data lands; with the panel closed, every five minutes. On platforms that can push notifications, such as Shopify, new orders and product changes arrive within seconds. If you want it right now, use “Sync” on the row.
You can delete the connection from the Store connections tab of the Connections screen. You can also revoke access on the platform side — removing the app in Shopify, deleting the private app you created in ikas.
