Catalog health

How ready your catalogue is for advertising, which issue holds back how many products, and what the AI can fix.

Advertising only works as well as the catalogue behind it: a product with a missing title, no image or the wrong category is both rejected by publishing destinations and unlikely to convert. This screen summarises your catalogue in one score and ranks the issues dragging it down.

The score

A score out of a hundred and a band: great, good, weak or critical. The card also says how many products were measured — unmeasured products do not count toward the score.

Next to the score sits the number of open issues and their split into two: those that close with copy (title, description, category, tags) and those that stay with you (image, stock, price — fixed in your store).

Issues

The “which issue holds back how many products” list sorts by product count or by SCORE BURDEN. Score burden = affected products × the issue’s weight, which lets you compare an issue affecting many products slightly against one affecting few products heavily on the same scale.

Every issue has a severity: critical, high, medium or low. Clicking an issue narrows the list below to only the products it affects.

The product panel

Clicking a product opens a side panel with its score, when it was measured, and its open issues each with the penalty it carries. The arrows at the bottom move between products.

Fixing with AI

“Fix with AI” opens the agent with this screen’s context: reviewing the lowest scoring products, or closing the issues on a single one. Any copy fix the agent produces is a SUGGESTION — approve it and it is written to your store, reject it and nothing changes.
