Notifications
Which event goes where, what collects in the bell, and what happens when you are away.

The Notifications screen does two things: it lets you read past alerts and choose which event goes to which channel.
Where they go
- In-app bell
- Always on. Alerts collect there and unread ones stay marked.
- To the address on your profile, in your interface language.
- Slack / WhatsApp / webhook
- To the channels you connected in the Notification connections tab of the Connections screen. With none connected, these options stay empty.
What is notified
- When a connection breaks or a sync degrades
- When an automation rule applies an action or waits for approval
- When a creative finishes or fails
- When an export is ready
- When credits run low, a payment fails, or a plan limit is approaching
The same alert does not repeat back to back: notifications are de-duplicated for a window. Even if a connection problem recurs every fifteen minutes, your inbox stays usable.
Some alerts cannot be muted — a broken connection, for instance. The reason is simple: mute it and there is no way left to notice that data has stopped.
