The Campaigns screen

The campaign → ad set → ad hierarchy, filters, bulk actions and the “hollow campaign” warning.

This screen mirrors the hierarchy on the platform. You open the arrow at the start of a row to go down: ad sets under a campaign, ads under those. Each level has its own metrics and the row above is the sum of the rows below.

The default period is the last 30 days including today. Filters, sorting, page, period and which rows are open all live in the address — so you can copy a view exactly as it is and send it to a colleague.

Filters

Account
Which ad account’s rows to show. Comes from your connected accounts.
Status
Active, paused, learning, in review. Archived items are hidden by default.
Level
Campaign, ad set or ad — collapses the table to a single level.
Search
Matches on name. Filtered on the server, so a campaign on page two is found too.

Bulk actions

You can tick rows and pause or resume several campaigns at once. In a bulk action one target being refused does not take the rest down: the result list names which one failed and why.

The “hollow campaign” warning

Some campaigns look active on the platform but have no ad set or ad underneath — usually a setup left half finished. The list counts these in a separate warning strip, because a hollow campaign spends nothing and shows up in no chart; it can sit unnoticed for months.

The freshness line at the top of the page reads “Live data” when the data is live, and the table updates itself as new data lands. If an account has fallen behind (the platform is erroring, a quota is used up) it says plainly when the data was pulled. If it reads “never synced”, the problem is in the connection rather than the table.
