What the agent can do — and the approval gate
Every tool the agent calls: which only read, and which wait for your approval.

Everything the agent can do is a “tool”. Tools come in three kinds and the screen labels every step: Read, Suggestion, Question.
Read tools — no approval needed
These change nothing and only read your data: read metrics, campaign list, campaign analysis, connection check, credit balance, rule list, catalog health, product list, product details, template catalogue and creative list.
Suggestion tools — THESE WAIT FOR APPROVAL
- Pause suggestion
- Wants to stop a campaign.
- Budget suggestion
- Wants to move a budget to a particular value.
- Rule draft
- Wants to create an automation rule.
- Creative suggestion
- Wants to produce an image or a video — work that spends credits.
- Product copy fix
- Wants to correct a product’s title or description in the catalogue.
- Campaign setup
- Wants to create a new campaign.
The question tool
The agent does not act on missing information. If it does not know which account to work on or which product you meant, it asks and waits for your answer. Asking rather than guessing is a deliberate choice in this product.
Where approvals collect
The header above the chat shows how many approvals are waiting. The card lives inside the conversation, so it is still waiting for you when you close the page and come back. Suggestions from the background AI (the Operator) collect in the Approvals queue in the left menu.
