Current plan
The top card shows your plan, the billing period and how many days until it renews. If you are in a trial, the days left are here too. “Compare plans” takes you to the plan selection screen.
Plan changes and payment actions are open only to the workspace owner; other roles can see the plan but not change it.
This period’s usage
- Ad spend
- Where you stand against the spend volume your plan covers.
- AI credits
- Credits left. Agent answers and creative production are deducted here.
- Connected ad accounts
- How many are syncing and how many the plan allows.
- Team members
- Seats filled — pending invitations included.
The “what is open right now” card below says which of the actions your plan allows are currently available, and states the reason when one is closed.
What the warnings mean
- Spend limit exceeded
- Your grace period is running. Unless the plan is upgraded before it ends, some actions stop.
- Grace period over
- What stopped and what stayed open are listed separately.
- Last payment failed
- The payment method was declined. The card details need updating.
- Subscription ends at period end
- Everything keeps working until the stated date.
- Credits running low
- If credits run out, creative production and the agent stop; credits can be topped up.
Plan coverage and prices are not written in this article: the pricing page is their only source, and repeated here one of the two would quietly go stale when the other changed.See plans and pricing
