Creating an account and your workspace
Sign-up, email verification and what a workspace is — including why an agency keeps several.
- Step 1/3
Sign up
You type your name and email address — there is no password. A six-digit code and a sign-in link arrive in your inbox; enter the code or click the link. You can also sign up with Google.
- Step 2/3
Verify your email
There is no separate verification step: the moment you get in with the code or the link from your inbox, your email is verified. Later sign-ins work the same way — type your address, enter the code that arrives.
- Step 3/3
Set up your workspace
On first sign-in you are asked for a name, a time zone and a currency. The time zone decides which day daily metrics and scheduled jobs land on; the currency is display only, and past spend is not recalculated.
What a workspace is
The workspace is where your data lives. Connections, campaign data, rules, creatives, credits, your teammates and the audit log all belong to it. Two workspaces cannot see each other’s data — that is not a setting but an isolation enforced at the database level.
This is why an agency keeps one workspace per client: clients never see each other’s spend, who on your team reaches which client is chosen individually, and billing is separated per workspace as well.
You switch between workspaces from the picker in the top bar, and create a new one from the same place. The address changes too: each workspace has its own URL prefix, so when you share a link to a screen, which workspace it belongs to travels inside the link.
