Creating a campaign

Describe it once, publish it on several platforms: the five-step brief flow.

The flow does not ask for a separate setup per platform. You describe what you are promoting, what you want to happen and what the ad looks like ONCE; you choose where it runs at the very end. If a platform has a mandatory field of its own, only that field is asked for.

  1. Step 1/5

    What are you promoting?

You pick a product from your catalogue or type the address by hand — picking a product is optional. The campaign name is only visible in your panel; nobody who sees the ad sees it.

  2. Step 2/5

What should happen, for whom, at what budget?

Objective (sales, traffic, awareness, leads), the daily TOTAL budget, duration and audience. The budget is split across the platforms you choose. If you pick no country, each platform falls back to its own default.

  3. Step 3/5

What should the ad look like?

You pick the image from your creative library and write the headline and body. Keep the headline short; feeds cut it after roughly forty characters. The button is optional.

  4. Step 4/5

    Where should it run?

Eligible platforms and accounts are listed here, freshly fetched. You see how the budget splits across them. If a platform has its own mandatory field (a Facebook Page, a conversion pixel, or for Google the search keywords and at least three headlines) it is asked for right here.

  5. Step 5/5

    Read the result

Everything is created PAUSED. The result list says, platform by platform, what happened: created, partially created, failed, or skipped because information was missing. When you are happy, press “Launch all”.

If you choose to shift budget toward whichever platform performs, the flow also creates an optimisation rule: every morning the platforms’ results are compared and the split is redistributed. Each of its suggestions lands in the Approvals queue; to switch the rule off, just ask the AI in the chat.

A Google search ad is text only — the image you picked does not travel there, and the step says so. If an objective is not supported on a platform through this flow, that platform is dropped and the reason is stated.
