Name and language, signing in with email, changing your email, active sessions, the data archive and deleting your account.

Profile

Your name appears in the panel and in the team list. The interface language sets both the panel’s language and the language of emails sent to you — it is your preference rather than the workspace’s, so two people in the same workspace can work in different languages.

Changing your email

You type the new address, then use “Send code” to get a six-digit confirmation code at your CURRENT address and enter it. The verification link goes to the NEW address, and the old one stays valid until you click it. That order is deliberate: a mistyped address cannot lock you out, and someone who took over your session cannot change the address without the code sent to your current inbox.

Signing in

Mentorivo does not use passwords. To sign in you type your email address; a six-digit code and a sign-in link arrive in your inbox — enter the code or click the link. Both are valid for a short time and work once. You can also sign in with Google.

Active sessions

The Security tab lists the devices your account is open on: device, IP, start and end time. You can close them individually, or use “sign out others” to end everything except the device you are on.

Connected platform permissions

The same tab lists the permissions you granted to ad platforms and their state (healthy, degraded, disconnected). To manage them it sends you to the Connections screen — granting and revoking happen there.

Data archive

You can request the workspace’s data as a downloadable archive: members, connections, campaign data and more. It is prepared in order (queued → preparing → ready) and the download link stays valid for a while once ready. There is a daily request limit, and only the workspace owner can do this.

Deleting your account

Two-step verification is not open yet; it appears as “soon” on the Security tab.
