Opening a support ticket
Creating a ticket, why your teammates see the same one, and the open-ticket limit.

When the knowledge base does not have the answer, you open a support ticket from the same menu group. You send a subject, a description and a screenshot if you have one.
A ticket belongs to your WORKSPACE rather than to a person: somebody else on your team sees the same ticket and reads the replies. So an answer never stays in one person’s inbox, and a colleague with access can pick the conversation up.
